3 tablespoons finely minced ginger
3 tablespoons finely minced garlic
One pound of silken tofu (cut into cubes)

1 teaspoon cornstarch
One finely chopped scallion
- Take a saucepan and heat half the oil. Then add fresh and dried peppers. Stir for 5 minutes and then remove the pan from the stove.
- Now heat the remaining half oil and add ginger and garlic to it. After 3 minutes add ground pork and let it cook properly but remember not to overcook it otherwise it can change its taste.
- Then add chicken broth and spicy bean sauce. Simmer it for 5 minutes. Prepare the water and cornstarch mixture and add it slowly to the saucepan. Now add the peppers and oil mixture you prepared first, add tofu, and stir the mixture carefully.
- Also, add sugar and scallion to it. Let it cook for 5 minutes and your dish is ready. In the end, sprinkle sichuan peppercorn powder for garnishing.
